What isn't often being talked about in digital marketing includes:
-The failure in relationship between brands and agencies and how to address the issues
-Great agencies aren't able to do their best work because brands see them as tacticians rather than strategists
-Really smart digital marketers fail because their organizations don't understand, therefore don't value, their work
